装载机如何调整铲斗限位装置？

山东装载机铲斗定位系统，具有铲斗任意位置自动放平功能和动臂举升限位功能，在工作中合理的运用这两大功能，能够有效的提高作业效率。那么应该如何调整装载机铲斗的限位装置？

1、 将机器停放在平坦的场地上，变速操纵手柄置于空挡位置。操作先导阀操纵手柄将铲斗平放在地面上，拉起停车制动阀按钮，将发动机熄火。装上车架固定保险杠。

2、 松开螺栓，将接近开关总成往前移动，使得接近开关越过磁铁一段距离。

3、 将启动开关沿顺时针方向转到第一档，接通整车电源。将先导阀的转斗操纵手柄向后扳至极后位置，被电磁力吸住。

4、 将接近开关总成往后移动，使得接近开关对准磁铁，此时先导阀的电磁力小时，转斗操纵杆自动返回中位；拧紧螺栓即可，接近开关与磁铁的距离应保持在4-6mm。
