装载机差速器的原理是怎样的?

装载机差速器作为一种重要的装载机配件,其结构会相对复杂,通常常用差速器包括装载机差速器壳体、合金钢十字轴和合金钢十字轴配合的传动组件,传动组件主要是锥齿轮。合金钢十字轴两端穿过差速器壳体壁并与其配合,且其与差速器壳体壁配合的两端直径为Φ28。普通差速器主要由十字轴,半轴齿轮,行星锥齿轮,左、右差速器壳等组成。动力由法兰输入,半轴齿轮输出,通过半轴传递到轮边,带动车轮转动。

装载机差速器传动过程为:主传动器将动力传递给装载机差速器壳体,装载机差速器壳体将动力传递给合金钢十字轴,再经过合金钢十字轴传递给传动组件输出。与现有差速器中的合金钢十字轴两端的直径Φ25相比,改进型差速器合金钢十字轴与差速器壳体壁配合的两端直径被加大,因此差速器承受、传递扭矩的能力增强,可使主传动器提高传递扭矩12%,差速器工作可靠性明显提高,从结构上消除了合金钢十字轴早期磨损和断裂现象。
