在大家使用山东装载机的过程中，经常会出现装载机发动机不工作的现象，导致这种现象的原因有很多，比如发动机继电器的触摸点氧化、烧蚀、不能闭合，导线衔接处松脱、触摸不良，蓄电池储存电量太少等等，那么遇到这种问题时，应该如何处理呢？

1、查看导线衔接处是不是可靠，根据灯火强弱或喇叭音量巨细，初步判别蓄电池是不是放电过多，若放电过多，弥补充电即可。

4、查看发动继电器时，用导线短接其两个接线柱，若发动机滚动，则阐明发动继电器有毛病。有能够常开触点处氧化而触摸不良，可用砂纸打磨或替换。
