    一台老式农用装载机停用一段时间后出现无法转向的故障。转动转向盘。转向轮向左、右只能偏转10°。农用装载机配置的是液压助力铰接式转向机,转向随动阀带反馈杆。分析认为,既然左、右能转10°,说明泵和油缸没有问题,问题可能出在转向器上。拆检发现转向器直齿、扇形齿轮和随动阀都已生锈。经清洗润骨检查,组装后试机后仍然不能转向,且一点也转不动了。取下反馈杆,启动农用装载机的柴油机向左、右转向打到极限,转向都没有任何反应。调试转向溢流阀,也毫无反应。

    打开农用装载机的随功阀下盖,转动转向盘,当阀芯需要上行打开油口时,其行程总是不到立,即压盘不能把柱塞压到打开工作油口的位置,结果来油不能进入转向缸。拧开锁紧螺母,加上2个平垫,使柱塞压盘能够在转向盘左、右转动时,实现上、下压平柱塞。试机,转向成功。但回转时抖动厉害,怀疑是反馈杆反缋信号不精确,于是将反馈杆调至51cm标准长度,扇形齿轮和直齿也作了相应调整,消除摆动间隙并调大溢流阀的溢流量,再次转动转向盘时,转向正常。
