    装载机超越离合器常见故障分析

    对装载机超越离合器总成进行检查时,应重视装载机解体前各种工况下的工作情况,且只能检查出损坏较大、较严重的故障,而对于其锁紧性能不良但尚能锁紧的故障,在装载机又工作不良的情况下是不能被检查出来的,必须用一定的仪器来检查。

    1、装载机http://www.sdyongbaojixie.com/在低速重载作业时,突然出现“咯瞪”的停顿声,继而加油,车又继续前行作业,这是最常见的超越离合器发生故障的早期表现,随着使用时间的延长,这种现象在作业中会越来越频繁地出现,停顿的时间也会相应延长,工作负荷越大,越感到动力不足。
